  • King’s Hawaiian Slider Rolls (You can use any slider roll for this recipe. I prefer the King's Hawaiian slider rolls because they already come pre-cut and easier to manage. I'd also recommend trying it with their pretzel sliders for a more distinct taste, perfect for cheeseburger sliders.)
  • Ground beef (Ground pork, chicken, or turkey works with this recipe as well)
  • Pepperoni (Put as much as your heart desires)
  • American cheese
  • Cooper Sharp cheese (or substitute sharp cheddar if cooper sharp is unavailable in your area)
  • Diced onion
  • Garlic powder
  • Sazon seasoning
  • Unsalted butter (melted)
  • Italian seasoning

Ingredients
  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 6 slices Cooper Sharp cheese (or substitute sharp cheddar)
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 packet Sazon seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onions. Cook until the meat browns entirely. Drain any excess grease.

    Add the meat back to the pan. Add 1/2 of the garlic powder, and Sazon seasoning.

    Mix until well combined.

    Turn off the heat, add the cooper sharp cheese and stir until well combined.

    Cut the entire slider roll pack in half horizontally. Place the halves in a baking dish.

    Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and the remaining garlic powder into a bowl.

    Brush on the garlic and herb butter onto all sides of the buns and toast for five minutes.

    Remove the buns from the oven.

    Add your American cheese, pepperonis, and beef mixture to the bottom buns.

    Heat in the oven until the cheese fully melts, about five to seven minutes.

    Add your favorite burger sauce on top and the top buns.

    Cut into individual sliders, serve, and enjoy!
